Apple slicing machine
The machine is designed for apple coring and wedge slicing. The number of slices per apple can be modified according to customer request by changing the cutting tool.
The apples are placed in the machine manually. After slicing and coring, the slices and cores fall on the conveyor belt, divided into two separate rows, that allows the wedge slices and the core to be discharged separately.

- The machine is made of stainless steel AISI 304.
- To achieve the productivity of 500 kg/h, it is enough to have two operators - one who brings fresh apples and the other who transfers the sliced apple lobes.
- The machine is designed for apple coring and slicing in lobes. The number of lobes per apple can be adjusted according to customer needs by changing the cutting tool.
A machine for removing apple core and cutting into lobes. The possible amount of lobes is from 4 to 12 pieces. It is also possible to design slicing blades depending on customer requirements.
The finished lobes are transported by conveyor to the container, and the apple cores are transported to another smaller container. An additional air compressor is required to operate the pressure cylinders.
