General delivery information
When ordering, please indicate your place of residence, as this will influence delivery costs. We can offer you the price of the equipment on our website, as well as the total cost including delivery and additional taxes, so that you know the real price of the equipment.
We deliver all over the world: in the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia and Africa.
We have cooperation agreements with experienced logistics companies.
Delivery within the European Union
Within Europe, we generally deliver by land. In other countries, delivery is usually by sea or air. This depends on the size of the equipment and delivery costs. If you choose air or sea freight, we deliver to your nearest airport or seaport, unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us via the contact form to obtain your price.
Delivery to the USA, Canada and other countries outside Europe
As a European manufacturer, we understand the importance of having additional distributors in your country, which could enhance the credibility and understanding of our product. However, we are aware that this could also lead to an increase in the final price for you.
In order to maintain the competitiveness of our equipment, we have currently chosen to bypass the presence of distributors in specific countries. Thanks to globalization, we have set up a system that enables equipment to be delivered directly to your location. We can also take care of all import documentation (taxes, customs, logistics, etc.) and include these costs in the final price. All details are discussed prior to shipment.
However, if you have the time, patience and skills to manage the import yourself, you are welcome to do so, and we can provide the price without the cost of transport and other related bureaucracy.
Delivery time
After payment, we start production of the equipment, which usually takes from 4 to 12 weeks. Then there’s the equipment delivery time, which varies on average from 1 to 2 weeks for land and air deliveries, and from 3 to 6 weeks for sea deliveries.
If you’re located in the European Union, delivery will be quicker, around 1 to 2 weeks. If you are located in the United States or Canada, delivery generally takes between 3.5 and 5 weeks.
