It transforms raw vegetables and fruits into uniform slices, wave-cut slices, or julienne sticks within seconds. The two-dimensional centrifugal cutting system ensures consistent thickness, improving product quality and visual presentation.
Built entirely from food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, the RC250 offers excellent corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and long service life. Separate drive and cutting chambers reduce contamination risk and simplify maintenance, while its straight-through design allows seamless integration into conveyors or collection bins.
