The entire line is made up of various components including a box pallet tipper, an unloading table, a semi-automatic cabbage core drilling machine, a cabbage shredding machine, a conveyor belt, a salt/spices dispenser, a grated carrot dispenser and additional functional conveyors that assist with preparation for transportation.

Cabbage cutting disc 1-8 mm. Highly productive disc with 5 blades with fixed cutting thickness. Usually used for sauerkraut, salads.

Coleslaw slicing disc

For cutting cabbages from 3 to 5 cm long pieces. Fixed cutting thickness 1-3 mm. Usually used for coleslaw and other cabbage salads
