General features
High-Quality Cutting Discs: These knives are made of strong stainless steel and can cut a lot without being sharpened. The blades are extra tough to stay sharp longer.
Cabbage Core Drill: The S55 Cabbage Cutting Machine offers an optional cabbage core drill. This drill is designed to cut whole cabbage heads and crush the core before slicing. It can be mounted either on the machine or on the wall for convenience.
Transporter for sliced produce: The transporter is designed to move sliced produce directly into storage barrels, tanks, or, optionally, straight into a mixing machine.
High productivity: This machine can process up to 4,000 kg of cabbage per hour, handling cabbage heads up to 30 cm in diameter and weighing up to 8 kg each. It can also grate onions, carrots, and potatoes at a rate of up to 2,500 kg per hour.
Easy Maintenance: The machine can be cleaned with low- pressure water. The discs can be removed and washed separately.
Salting machine: The salting vat allows us to add salt or other spices directly to the cabbage during processing. By using this machine to cut cabbage for sauerkraut, we can skip the mixing phase and transfer the cabbage straight into fermenting containers.

We have 2 various types of motors: 1) For Europe we have a motor with a power of 220-400 V / 50 Hz. The plugs are central European ones, while it is possible to add also transformer so that it fits your country electrical cables straight away. 2) For the USA we have a motor with a power of 110 V / 210 / 60 HzV that would fit.
We have special motors that are created for the US needs for usage of 110 V / 60 Hz electricity consumption.
